| Site acquisition including surveys, rent negotiation, legal coordination and finally leasing of the
site: Sineone Teleservices has core competence in site acquisition / leasing. This is basically done to
expedite the setting up of the cell site and also ease the responsibility of the operator in acquiring /
leasing of the site. Various activities we carry out are: |

Identify a suitable building. |

Negotiate with the owner of the building for leasing the roof for set up of the cell site. |

Complete the legal formalities on behalf of the operator and provide all mandatory sanctions
from the local authorities. |

| For Ground based Towers |
|

Identify a suitable building. |

Obtain information on accessibility to the site with maps and drawings. |
|
Document collection and verification with revenue authorities for ownership / encumbrance. |

Verification of title and mother deed, Tax dues and other liabilities. |

The documents are then given to a local senior advocate of standing, who after careful scrutiny
issues a due diligence report. |

| Sineone Teleservices representatives and its lawyers are made available till the deed is registered in
the name of Sineone Teleservices or the operator, as the case may be. |
